Use the toilet! Which is damned-near impossible with a new kitten in the household!
(For you non-cat people, if you shut the door, they meow as if tortured by your absence; if you leave the door open, they try to jump into your lap as you attend to business. I'm told if you're male they may also take a swipe at anything that dangles, however momentarily...)

Snowboard. Even though I love to do it with other people (I love teaching, group riding, and high speed snowball fights) I also love to do it by myself. I haven't done too much by myself but honestly I feel like it never gets lonely. I always feel incredible feelings of elation and like I am really getting back to nature and the simple things in life.

To exercise. I don't like exercise with somebody else because it's a lot of distraction. Especially I don't understand people who exercise with some trainers, and, moreover, they pay for it. It's not necessary at all. You can learn about any type of exercise in Internet. Trainers can't feel you, your body. You can. You should listen to your body but not to trainers.

There's a billion things that I like doing alone. I realize that I actually do like watching movies alone, is that strange? Anyways, that isn't what I like doing alone. I love running alone with my pal, Playaway. I used to listen to my iPOD, but now it stop every time I shake it too much. I think it is because it is old. I'll have to get a new one real soon. The reason why I like running alone is because it give me time to think about my life. Lately, I've been doing a lot of soul searching and looking for answers. Running helps me clear my head, it gives me the opportunity to have alone time. You see when you are watching a movie, you aren't alone to be honest because you have to pay attention to what is going on. It is like that with the playaway too. But for me, it's just there. I listen when something interesting is happening and when it isn't something I want to hear, I just tune it out. Running also gives me a chance to work out my anger. If you have ever seen me run, you'd actually understand what that means. I love the idea putting my rage, anger, and frustration into something more productive as oppose to trying to beat someone up. Although, I realize that I've never actually beaten anyone up. Run with someone means that you have to keep pace and you aren't truly alone and I don't know. I just don't like it. I'm a slow runner anyways and I like running at my own pace. I love the feeling after you done running and you can't breath because your chest is hurting because you push yourself to go faster even though you know you can't go faster. I like it because I know that means I'm trying, what's the point of going on a light jog? That isn't for me. I have to push myself to go faster. If it is a downhill, you run that shit like it's flat and you do it fast cause that's fun. I have a thing about going really fast. I enjoy running downhill. I love running uphill too. Because you are actually trying to run. I'm just a weird individual. I think that I'm generally a loner. So there will be more thing I like doing by myself.

I don't get why it isn't more common than it is. I love it because I can see WHATEVER THE FUCK I want to see. And I don't have to wonder if the person I've dragged with me hates it or not. I don't know, because it's so uncommon, it feels kind of adventurous? I like the thrill of being alone in a sea of people, in a big dark room.

This book was written because, with very few exceptions, every tract and paper, every "secret" grimoire, all the "great works" on the subject of magic, are nothing more than sanctimonious fraud---guilt-ridden ramblings and esoteric gibberish by chroniclers of magical lore unable or unwilling to present an objective view of the subject.

Go to the movies!

The people in my life are awesome, but several of them talk during movies, or ask me questions about plot points they missed while talking, etc. I like to fall headfirst into a movie, and forget where I really am. That's the whole point for me.

What is the first line of your favorite book?

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (Holy Bible)

Some of my other favorite books, and their first lines:
  • In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort. (The Hobbit, by J.R.R. Tolkein)

  • "Warfare is the greatest affair of state, the basis of life and death, the Way (TAO) to survival or extinction. It must be thoroughly pondered and analyzed." (Art of War, by Sun Tzu)
  • Writer's Block: All by myself

What’s one thing that you love to do all by yourself?
Everything. Everything there ever is. Except for kissing, that's rather awkward, especially when you leave lip-prints on a mirror. I like breathing, eating, sleeping, drawing, reading, playing video games and swimming by myself. That's pretty much everything there ever is for me. Welp.

    Writer's Block: Forever young

If you found a magical stone that could keep one person young forever, would you keep it or give it to someone else? If the latter, to whom would you give it?

I'd keep it. I suppose that's selfish but I don't want to die without ever having seen the world from space, and a normal human lifetime isn't gonna give me that.

What is the first line of your favorite book?

OK, the first sentence actually is a full paragraph long so will only type out a bit (like it's difficult to guess!)

"Mrs Rachel Lynde lived just where the Avonlea main road dipped down into a little hollow, fringed with alders and ladies' eardrops and traversed by a brook that had its source away back in the woods of the old Cuthbert place..."

What other foreign languages do you know? Which one(s) do you want to learn?

I can speak/understand Mandarin. Not great but I can get by. My reading of French is pretty basic.

Which ones I want to learn? So many! Would love to be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish and Italian. Those would all come in handy.

If you had the option to learn the exact moment and details of your death, would you choose to know?

    HELL NO.

What fictional television show would you want to live in? What character would you play?

The one that immediately comes to mind is Stars Hollow (Gilmore Girls). I dunno what character though... maybe just an employee at Lorelai's inn? Or I can be the accountant for Lorelai's inn and Luke's Diner, etc and know everyone's secrets LOL

And because I OBVIOUSLY have more than just one favourite book:

"In a broad valley at the foot of a sloping hillside, beside a clear bubbling stream, Tom was building a house."

    Writer's Block: All by myself

I love to go to the movies all by myself.  I like to sit in the middle of the middle of the theater with my bag of buttered popcorn and the bottle of Diet Coke I have smuggled in via my large purse and totally be absorbed by the movie.  I don't mind going with friends, but it is nice to be there, totally without distraction, no one asking what something meant or going to the bathroom and coming back wanting to know what happened while they were gone.

I can never get as totally into a movie when I am with someone else as I can when I am by myself.

The last movie I went to on my own was just last Sunday when I saw Captain America in Kasson.

Do I have to keep it G-rated? hahaha just kidding!

The thing I love to do on my own is be in my room.

My bed is here so I can sleep if I want to,I got a tv so I can watch tv or movies or play video games, books if I want to read and my camera if I want to take pictures or just experiment and see what I come up with.

Sometimes I turn on my Ipod and dance along to music or sing along to it.

Read. I love to just curl up on my bed and read a good book. I usually read historical fiction, like the People of the Longhouse novels, though the one I'm reading currently (The Dawn Country) doesn't really lend itself to reading in bed. But it's really the only thing I like to do all by myself.
