It's a black spot that shames literature. it would also be nice to have Teens with a realistic idea of how a relationship should be rather than obsessing over a controlling stalker.
Oho, what a tough question we have here. I'd rather like to see how Obi-Wan became Qui-Gon's apprentice. How was he assigned to Qui-Gon, what Obi-Wan as a youngin' was like, what crazy missions they went on before the events that took place in The Phantom Menace. He was only in it for a short time, but I think Qui-Gon is one of my favorite characters in the Star Wars universe (I guess partially because he's played by Liam Neeson), and in my movie, we'd get to see more of him. I don't think I'd show a whole lot of his backstory, but what kind of teacher he was, how he passed on his knowledge to a young Obi-Wan who was more reliant on Qui-Gon than he was in The Phantom Menace. And, okay, perhaps we'd touch on Qui-Gon's backstory. One night, Obi-Wan asks a bit of a personal question and is instantly afraid that he crossed some sort of line, but Qui-Gon is just really cool with it and gives some detailed story from his past. This scene would take place at night by the way, that's just how I see it. Much like the scene with Qui-Gon and Anakin at Anakin's house.
The thing is, there'd have to be some sort of conflict for the movie to play out. I think that in this movie, it'd have to relate to some sequence of events set in motion by Lord Sidious. Something that leads up to the events that take place in The Phantom Menace to keep things in order.
So that's my Star Wars prequel to the prequel of the Holy Trilogy. Tada.
мне надоел этот прокуренный мир.
я бы поняла, если бы это хотя бы вкусно было.
но вонь-то отвратительная. нафиг такое изобретение.
особенно бесит, когда девушки курят. как можно совмещать любовь к себе и курение?
If I believed in reincarnation, I feel that I'd probably be reincarnated into a dancer. I love dancing, and I feel that I would be a dancer in another life. Sometimes, I wish I had taken dance lessons at a young age. I love the concept of ballet and catch myself pretending I'm a ballerina sometimes. You know, spinning around on the hardwood floor in my socks and whatnot. Embarrassing, I know. I'm seventeen years old. I almost tried of for dance team once in middle school. I went and learned the dance and never tried out. In high school, I made color guard and stuck with it through the summer. I made it half way through band camp and quit. Burning in the heat is not my thing. I wish I were in shape though...maybe I could start out with Zumba? I'm not an awful dancer. I just need some training... It would be fun. Maybe I'll pursue some sort of dancing this year. Maybe dance team when I transfer to an actual university next year? Who knows...I think I could do it. We shall see. Yeah, back to the point. I don't believe in reincarnation, but if I did, I would be a dancer.
Soon after the discovery of Kashyyyk, a group of diplomats from Coruscant are sent to help integrate the wookiees into the federation. Their initial assumption that Wookiees are a primitive, ignorant species is so incredibly wrong they're put in the position of convincing the people of coruscant that not only do the Wookiees have superior technology, but what was a theory and strange religion finds a very real niche on Kashyyyk, as what will be known as the Jedi follow Wookiee philosophy to the secrets of using The Force.
Of course, not everyone is comfortable with this...
I have read but a couple of the books, so feel free to correct me if all this is totally wrong/impossible...whatever.
Sensation - the literary kind. I feel that it is an atrocious and deceitful practice used by journalists to simply gain reaction bin the eye of the public. All this OMG Katy Price crap has to stop; the industry has become a joke, and people have. to an extent become dependent on 'ins and outs' of 'famous' people's lives... All because of sensationalistic writing.
before I choose, which of the 5 senses I am willing to give up, let me first tell you teeny weeny reasons, why experiencing each of the senses in a simple situations, a heaven to me.
Sense of Sight.
I love darkness. Especially when I am about to sleep. One thing people find it weird about me is that, I am a light and at the same time, a heavy sleeper. I am alight sleeper, cause, whenever I am asleep I usually jerk back to wakefulness at a mere flick of a light. But, a heavy sleeper cause I usually sleep like a log even if there's a booming sound or noise around me.
Much as I love darkness (though, only at night) I am afraid with it. I can't imagine myself living in a complete world of darkness. Without my sight, I wouldn't be able to enjoy watching my favorite TV programs, reading my books and novels, plus the fan fictions that I am hooked. I would not be able to watch sunrise and sunset (my fave phenomena everyday). I wouldn't be able to see thet faces of the people around me. I wouldn't be able to walk by myself without having the people around me worrying about my safety.
Sense of Hearing.
I love listening to music especially the classic ones. I also love to sing. Singing and listening to music gives me this certain feeling of contentment and satisfaction and peace. Whenever I am stressed out, I usually listen to classical sonatas and also some contemporary music. I've learned in my Anatomy class that our speech is affected by our hearing. True enough, I have encountered some people who are deaf that has a difficulty in speaking because he doesn't have that certain concept of the sound and diphthongs and the like.
How can I possible enjoy my life without music? WITHOUT being able to hear anything? How can I possible talk when I don't even know the sound of each letter and how to produce its sound.
Sense of Touch
One thing I love during rainy days ( I am in a tropical country, so we only have to seasons, the dry and wet season ^_^)is that I am able to wear jackets or sweatshirts and snuggle in my bed and listen to music and read a good novel. It has always been my dream to cuddle under a blanket with my future husband or play in a pouring rain holding his hand and feeling the rain drops tickling my skin (Yeah, I know, me and my fluffy imagination)
Being in a relationship entails physical intimacy before you jump in to absurd conclusion, I am not referring about sex. What I mean is, those cuddles, holding hands, kisses. maybe for some people, sex is included, but for me, I'll save it on my wedding night.(hiiiiiiiiii XD and by the way, I'd like to call it as lovemaking) Without the sense of Touch, how am I able to communicate my feelings which are difficult to express through words alone?
Sense of Smell
I am cologne addict. I have a lot of colognes and some perfumes. I cannot leave our house without spraying a cologne against my body. One of my fave scent is the D&G Light Blue. I usually like a fruity scent like Victoria's Secret Berry Kiss and Strawberries and Champagne. But D&G Light Blue has its own appeal. It gives off a fresh scent.
Whenever I catch a cold, it usually takes its course within a week or two before I fully recuperate. And within that period is one of the my dreaded moment. My hearing, sense of taste and smell is usually affected. I hate it when I am am not able to smell the cologne that I have sprayed. Or enjoy the scent and aroma of the the scented candles I usually lit whenever I try to release my stress.
Sense of Taste
My mom's cooking is a superb. One of my favorite food is my mother's spaghetti. She usually serve it only for special occasions such as Christmas and New Year so we only get to eat it during those seasons. I love to eat. But thankfully, I don't easily get fat. I indulge my self with food whenever I feel bored or when I am so depressed. I love to eat sweets. Chocolates, Cakes, Ice Cream and Fruit Salads are my first loves.
Can you just imagine your self without those sinful foods at tines when you feel alone and there's no one to keep you company except your faves? Wouldn't it be as devastating as hell without experiencing and savoring the luscious taste of chocolate?. Huuuu. Just the mere thought of chocolate annd my other fave sweets makes my my water.
Thankfully, all my senses and intact and functioning properly. My life will never be as beautiful as it is without these 5 senses. And there is now way that I am giving up any of them. ^_______^
Seriously, George. You're making me sad.
I'd write a prequel to the Prequel Trilogy. Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan having adventures, saving the galaxy, and getting in trouble with the Council.
Lucas himself has stated that the unofficial title for the saga could be The Tragedy of Darth Vader. To me, nothing short of continuing that idea would work as a full-blown Star Wars film. I would want to create a film trilogy post-Return of the Jedi that, like the rumored original idea Lucas had in his head, would cover how Luke Skywalker went on to recreate the Jedi Order. Destruction is the easy part, and defeating the Empire is only the beginning. Making a new future for the galaxy, one that can move beyond the tyranny of Palpatine and the corruption of the Republic before that is the hard part.
We've seen the Jedi try to defeat corruption, defeat a war, and then defeat the evil Empire. But, as Obi-Wan said, the Jedi were the guardians of peace and justice. With Han and Leia's children reaching maturity, the struggles to unite the fragmented Rebellions into a complete Republic is about to reach the turning point, and we finally get to see what Jedi were supposed to do all along: protect a lasting peace.
A massive ship comes to rescue Han and the others in the ship. First Contact is made. Then the really die-hard Star Wars fans are allowed onto the massive ship to go with them to the galaxy where the Force still works. When the ship leaves, it travels to the wrong time and all those thousands of Star Wars fans end up founding the Republic and so on, resulting in a mild paradox.

Over the decades, Emperor Palpatine subtly arranged his galactic chess board, bringing about the downfall of Anakin Skywalker, along with the tragic collapse of the Jedi Order, and the gradual unraveling of the Republic. Finding the telltale signs of Palpatine plucking the strings of his puppet theatre is an amusing pastime, but just barely scratches the surface of the meticulous long-term plans which he set into motion.
What were Palpatine's origins? What secrets did he learn as the apprentice of Darth Plagueis the Wise? What may have happened to the galaxy had Palpatine survived the Battle of Endor?
What was it like to be Palpatine?
We invite you to explore these questions and more while we share this epic story begging to be told.
Oh this one is EASY!
Pre Yoda Old Republic Sith wars. when there were Sith Lords that could drain a planet of it's life and bands of them hunted each others and the Jedi. Back when Jedi played a lot more loose and the Temple had not yet been founded so there were a lot of Schools of Jedi. I think i would go with possibly the adventure that had landed a group of Jedi on Haruun Kal and therefore gave rise to a population who are all force sensitive. I would also like to see the group adventure through some of the Older mentioned Sith and Jedi temples around. I would also like in the movie to see more of the Jedi Temple where they gather the crystals to make the lightsabers.
A rewrite of Episode I: The Phantom Menace
We start out with Anakin as a newborn. We get to see him with his parents, and then taken by the Jedi when he is found to have talent with the Force. Years pass, and he is assigned as a Padawan to his first Jedi Master, Qui-Gon Jinn, who is almost finished training a younger Obi-Wan Kenobi. The three travel to Corellia to act as negotiators in a trade dispute, and this is where the Sith come in. They are ambushed by a Sith warrior, and Qui-Gon is killed while Anakin and Obi-Wan barely escape, thanks to Anakin's piloting skills. The two are tasked by Master Yoda with investigating their Sith attacker, and figuring out where he came from. They dig up some information about the Sith's whereabouts, and they are ambushed again. Obi-Wan is taken out of commission, and Anakin is abducted by the Sith warrior. We begin to see the dark side of Anakin's character throughout the dialogue he has with the Sith, but he is soon rescued by Obi-Wan. They are attacked a final time by their Sith stalker as return to Corellia to finish the trade disputes. He has a small contingent of starfighters with him, and Anakin manages to destroy most of them before being shot down. They crash land in a factory area of Coronet City, and the final duel takes place. Anakin defeats and then murders the Sith attacker, showing no mercy to the murderer of Qui-Gon. They find a recording on him detailing why he went after them, from his Sith Master. They return to Coruscant to make their report to the Jedi Council.
Obi-Wan takes over the training of young Anakin, leading into Episode II.
Obi-wan being haunted by the ghost of Qui-Gon
Obi-wan pacing around his hovel talking to himself
Obi-wan attempting to fix things and failing
Obi-wan tricking water out of lowly townies to wash his robes with
Obi-wan throwing space darts at a photo of Jar-Jar Binks
Obi-wan going to the local cantina to get in limb-severing brawls
Obi-wan spying on Luke
Obi-wan grooming his beard
Obi-wan considering growing a new mullet
Obi-wan regretting life

I'd have Han, Luke, Leia, and Chewie all hop in the Falcon and go follow Widespread Panic for a summer.
With the control and fear of the Empire now gone, the worlds in the galaxy resumed self control. For many it was an easy task to return to the ways of the once stable Republic. All the civilized worlds agreeing to rebuild the Senate to help ensure the peace. Before too long though there arose a few sinister characters who attempted to usurp power by means other than honorable.
A request from the Senate that the Order of the Jedi be reborn and they call on the aging Luke Skywalker and Leia Solo, the only known people that the Force was strong within to search for others who could become Jedi's and help senate maintain the Republic. Luke and Leia who had opened a school to help guide others who were found to posses the acceptable levels of midiclorians stresses the importance of self rule and local laws to the Senate but agrees to allow some of their star pupils to assist the Senate as agents to help seek out those who would disrupt the peace.
The adventures of these agents range from comical to the thrilling in their attempt to obtain the needed information for the Senate. C3PO and R2D2 are the only characters from the previous trilogy's who extend into the next episode as they are the messengers between the School and the Senate.
I've already written it. I have a fanfic (that needs some serious re-writing) that's basically about Anakin's true origin...meaning, his mother wasn't Smee, she just raised him. In a way this is a prequal prequal about the rogue Jedi who was actually Anakin's mother and how that came to be. Anakin doesn't factor into the story much as its main focus is on this Jedi character and all the many horrible things that happened to her (she starts off life locked in a box, breaks most of the Jedi-orders rules, is tricked by her dark-Jedi brother, and ends up potentially dead by the end...) It's a wonderful, dramatic romp through the Star Wars universe that really deserves to have that re-write done.
I wouldn't actually write it; I'd have Timothy Zahn use his Thrawn trilogy as a basis to write the screenplay for episodes 7, 8, & 9. George Lucas & Steven Spielberg could co-direct them.
There are several reasons I think those books would be great as the next trilogy:
1) It's a great story that involves the mopping up of the Empire (the remnants of which, of course, are still a threat), the next generation of the Solo family, interesting new alien cultures, Luke's growth as a Jedi, and a whole lot of action...among other things.
2) Zahn's writing translates really well to the screen. He uses great descriptions of scenes, character development in word & action rather than just in their own minds (which is critical), and follows the same type of "cinematography" of scenes that you see in the original trilogy.
3) He follows "official canon." I.e., the storyline was approved by Lucas, or at least by the Star Wars franchise. So that's one hurdle that's already past.
4) A lot of Star Wars fans really love those books...which means that there's definitely a market, from a business standpoint.
The only problems would be:
1) A lot of the characters in the original trilogy would need to make a return, which is difficult to do, since (obviously) the actors are all 30 years older, and they'd only be 5 years older in the movies. I'm sure it can be done with "movie magic," but it's still a challenge.
2) Apparently, George Lucas has decided not to do any more Star Wars movies...or at least not episodes 7, 8, & 9. Maybe Spielberg could direct them by himself. (Of course, Lucas owns the rights, but perhaps they could come to an arrangement.)
Anyway, that's what I'd choose.
I would make a movie about Kyle Katarn, Because he's the ultimate Grey Jedi and doesn't take shit from nobody. The Antagonist would be Kira from KotR2 another Grey Jedi who is also bitchin' as hell.
The video games are so much better then the movies...
I'd get a Joseph Campbell book from the library and rewrite it, using made-up space names for characters, and package it as a Star Wars universe story.
Однозначно ДЕНЬГИ! В принципе! Тогда не было бы огромного числа войн и конфликтов. Единственным поводом было бы самосохранение, а это на сегодняшний день причина от силы 10% конфликтов между людьми. Я так думаю.
I'd actually use Timothy Zahn's trilogy of novels. Long before there was a Star Wars book for every drop of water in the sea, there was only Timothy Zahn's. And unlike most of the tripe that's come out to cash in on it, including Lucas's own banal spins on his universe, it was surprisingly well-written and true to character and universe.
Plus Grand Admiral Thrall is awesome. He's a genius that dissects a culture's military readiness and psychology by its art.
Luke rebuilds the Jedi Order and a new Dark Sith Lord uprises along with his followers. Can Luke and the other Jedi save the universe again from this dark threat that is targeting Luke and also Hans and Leia's family out of revenge for the Emperor?
Бывает, артефакт культуры выпадает из жизни на какое-то время - всем ведь новенького хочется.
А потом возвращается - уже как классика. К примеру, эта телезаставка Юрия Норштейна.
Except, of course, at the end of Return of the Jedi when both the Emperor and Darth Vader are dead. Could the Sith rise again even as the Empire crumbles? if so, how? Plenty of power-hungry politicians will be making a grab for power, could the Emperor have been secretly training one to replace Vader when he felt Luke's influence on his Father? Would one who was not even really a student of the Sith be able to master the Dark Side of the Force enough to resurrect the order? Would they want to? Or would the Force itself or the new generation of Jedi play a role in the continuation of the Sith? Dark Before Dawn explores the chaotic aftermath of the Emperor's demise and what might be his most terrible legacy....
Number one, the DVD player I have doesn't take blu-ray. As far as Star Wars goes, it isn't one of my favorite movies
Of course, according to the prequels, they're all clones, so maybe it's just good genes. But if, in the later movies, the stormtroopers aren't so much clones anymore as they are recruits, then they all had to get in shape somehow. :)
I would say cigarettes. Worst stuff to ever be invented. Who in their right mind thought it would be a good idea to create something that you inhaled? The first puff making you choke and cough surely would be an indication that it might not be a good idea. But to continue on with it? Of course by the time it was discovered to be dangerous and cancer causing, most people are too hooked to quit. What's worse is NOW, in this decade, when we are fully aware of what happens when you smoke and kids are still willing to pick it up and do it. I don't get it.
(In all honesty, I was going to say something else (not political, I assure you), but I knew it would draw a lot of flack and most likely lose some of my friends here, so...)
This is the real story behind the partnership between Chewbacca and Han Solo.
Han freed Chewbacca from a forced-labour mining colony while on a smuggling run. He says it was out of the goodness of his heart, but Chewbacca knows that it's because Han needed him to help blast past the guards and escape the authorities that were onto him.
Chewbacca had been sentenced to the colony camp for killing his wife's lover in a jealous rage, and before he was arrested he'd killed another man, robbed an arms-dealer, stolen a spaceship and skipped three planets over. In the colony camp Chewy went through an almost stereotypical prison-based spiritual awakening, changes his ways, and became a philosopher. He saw Han as a kindred soul who he could help get onto his own right path, and that's the real reason he escaped with Han.
They become a great Space Team and go through the galaxy having adventures and getting in trouble.
