I could say the Theatre of Dionysus at sunrise, or the water of the beaches on Spetses, Greece, but those are only second and third best to my parents faces after international travel. Nothing beats seeing them.

Although, looking out over green mountains of the land where the words you are reciting were written thousands of years ago is pretty spectacular.

Tattered diary and broken hearts

The tears he shed every time she leaves,
The letters she makes if she can't find the words.
The scars he got after fighting the war,
The way she stood up after she had fallen a million times.
The purr he makes during those long drawn-out nights,
The way she cuddles the little kitten.
The distorted thoughts he had put down in books,
The way she read all those prose.
The promises he made during their wedding ceremony.
The times she remained herself when everything had fallen down.
The way I write all these words for you.
And simply how you move your lips with every verse.

Writer's Block: The happiest movies on earth

I believe my favorite Disney movie is Aladdin. At least, that's the one I can easily watch over and over again. I really love Fox and the Hound but due to its depressing nature I don't actually watch it all that much. I just mostly have a lasting memory of it as a child. We didn't own it, but either from watching the movie or reading the book I had a few scenes stuck in my head for the longest time, when I was younger, that I couldn't remember what movie they went to. So it was rewarding to actually discover what they were from. I think I also really liked Bambi when I was younger. Which probably had a bit to do with the fact its vhs case was different from all the others because the plastic had come off so it was just a white vhs case. I do really like that movie, though. It seems I might have appreciated some of the slower paced movies when I was a kid compared to now.
Oh, and if we're counting more recent ones Tangled is definitely on the list.
And since when I think of Disney movies I think of animated ones, live-actions aren't really on this list.

Writer's Block: It's payday!

Pay off student loans. Take care of all my own expenses so I wouldn't be leaving that to my parents. Probably share some with them in some way shape or form. Buy a car to truly call my own so I don't have to constantly feel like I have the truck forever on loan. If my dog's joints/thighs truly hurt her again then I would get her the surgery she needs. Given more money to GISHWHES so I could've gotten a Christmas card from Misha Collins and whatever other goodies he was giving to people who donated a certain amount of money.

Writer's Block: Hand me a tissue, please.

This is a pretty pathetic question when it comes to me since I can cry so easily. But I kind of like the last time I cried so here: Last week's episode of How I Met Your Mother.

*spoiler alert for HIMYM*

I ended up watching it twice and the tears actually came out the second time. They would've come out both times and a lot more of it too if I hadn't been watching with some friends. Especially when Barney is cleaning up the rose petals and Ted sees. Or right before then during Barney's longest second and he tries to get himself together as he processes the rejection and and gaaaahhh. I'm really glad Ted saw. Even if Barney didn't notice him, some one else knows of the possibility of those two so they can't completely hide away the memory.

Writer's Block: Hobby Lobby

What do you like to collect?

I freaking love Hobby Lobby!! Might be the main reason why I'm answering this one. And we just got a new Hobby Lobby here in town! That or it's been here for a while but my roommate and I only just discovered it... which is entirely possible.

Thimbles.
I started collecting this because of my mom. Or she started collecting them for me. If I remember somewhat correctly she told me it was because the boys (my brothers) were in Boy Scouts so it gave me something of my own as well. That's the gist of the whatever the reason was anyways. I collect them quite willingly now. When traveling and going to a different state. Mostly at state parks and such, though. My dad's brought me back some from other countries, such as Japan. I need to be able to display them again at some point.

Ticket stubs.
Movie ticket stubs in particular. I'm not exactly sure when I started but I'm pretty sentimental (aka like to hoard things...) so it's not very surprising that I did. They're currently stored in an old tin container but I plan to create a scrapbook for them one day. Also putting in there tickets from similar type functions and possibly playbills as well since I have a collection of those as well. It would at least put it all to some use instead of sitting around.

Computer books.
I haven't exactly added to the collection for a while but I had been constantly buying help books for programs like Photoshop and Maya. Especially since my Books-A-Million I used to go to had good sales for such books. Lack of money, internet resources, and teachers' teachings has reduced such spendings however. Mostly the lack of money thing.

I feel as if there's something else which I might have remembered.

DVDs. And for the hell of it I'll add in Books to the equation.
One day I dream of having a library in my home. One with floor to ceiling bookcases at least high enough to where I need that sliding ladder. I really want that sliding ladder. And I will have read all my books in the library or at least am working on it. I will also have a section for movies where all my VHS and DVDs and whatever the current movie viewing thing is at that time. Kind of along the lines of Beauty's library. I admit, one of the main reasons I wish I could live forever is so I could have all of eternity to read and watch new stories unfold.

Writer's Block: The last bite

What would be your last meal?

Probably something with shrimp. I'd want it to be familiar and not some weirdly extravagant assortment of food. Especially due to the possibility that I wouldn't like it. I'd say sushi would be somewhere in there but it's not very homey. I guess I would want comfort food. But not going so far as to eat a sandwich or mac&cheese as a last meal. Chicken? Sausage? Wow. It's actually kind of hard to think of... and pretty depressing to think about. The layered honey rolls. That's definitely on the menu. How about if I picked a last meal for each mealtime? That way I can get my comfort foods in before dinner.
Breakfast: The pancakes my dad used to make. With sausage because I can. And milk.
Lunch: Possibly just a sandwich. And chocolate milk.
Dinner: I'm still stuck on this one. I might throw in a root beer though. Or milk.

Writer's Block: Paranormal activity

Tell us a ghost or supernatural encounter you’ve experienced.

Haha, okay, I don't even know if this was actually supernatural or just us seeing things but here it goes. Actually there are two things.

One.
There was a group of us camping for a church youth event, so there were parents involved. Not too far from where we were camping was a house that's supposedly haunted. Since it was in walking distance one night we all made the trek over there to see if we could see anything. I believe we were around back when it happened. In one of the second floor windows we all saw the curtain move. Actually, when that happened we got to discussing whether it could've been the air conditioner, but the ac didn't seem to have come on. I can't exactly recall but there was something else we sort of saw though it's kind of hard to remember since my best friend's father freaked and started running we all ran for our lives. And there were vehicles there so I guess we drove.

Two.
We were at my same best friend's house and there were a total of six of us. It was nighttime and we decided to play with her Ouija board. She had just gotten it for her birthday recently so it was still novel and we would jump at the chance to use it. At least I know I did. So we decided to play in her room (probably because their living room has creepy dolls one of which one of us turned around during one of our Ouija board adventures). 2 of my friends can freak out pretty easily. Us other 3 can pretty much go either way. During one of questions I happened to see what looked like an orb of light float across on the other side of the room. Luckily, one of friends happened to see it too. Slight freak out ensued. Not exactly by us but the other two. We don't believe a vehicle or anything happened to pass by the window to make a reflection of sorts and it was in a spot where that might be difficult.

I'm not saying either one of those was definitely a supernatural event but it's really as far as it goes with me. If someone had given me a logical explanation at the time I would take it, but I'm in no way close-minded to the possibility of the supernatural. It's fascinating and I do believe some people's accounts can be true.

What is your favorite Disney movie?

I like Disney movies, though they are almost never my favorite version of a story. So, original is better than folklore or fairytale for me. Fantasia was always my favorite as a kid (though even then I could not understand why they felt they had to tag the ave onto the end of Night on Bald Mountain)

Belle is my favorite Disney princess - because she falls in love with Adam when she doesn't know he's a prince, and because he woos her with his library. That's my idea of romance. If it had been around when I was a kid, it might have become my favorite.
